We focus on practical, sustainable training that supports your lifestyle, so you can keep doing the things you love with energy and confidence.

Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, navigating pre or post-partum changes, or wanting to keep up your lifestyle as your age, the training is built around you. We combine strength, cardiovascular, mobility, and stability work to create balance — helping your body move well, recover well, and age well.

Anna Thomas

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013, and over the years my work has expanded into health coaching with a strong focus on preventative health care. I’m passionate about helping people—especially those 40+—build habits and lifestyle shifts that support long-term wellbeing. 

I have a particular interest in supporting peri-menopausal women, because every phase of life brings new demands, and our approach to health needs to evolve with us.

Having recently had my first baby, I’ve become even more invested in helping mums regain strength, trust, and confidence in their bodies. 

I’m a firm believer that feeling good is our responsibility, but it doesn’t have to be hard. With the right tools, support, and information, health can feel simple, balanced, and sustainable.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, out for a run, at the beach, camping, or travelling—anything that keeps me grounded and connected.
